   How do on-line accounting services work?   
 

On-line accounting is simple! Your company (usually the receptionist or administrative person) scans in your source documents (we provide you with a scanner as part of our setup) and uploads the documents to us through a secure, encrypted Internet connection. Your data is then processed using the accounting program of your choice by your team of neveCPAonline™ accounting professionals. Because we host the accounting program on our site, you can also access your data anytime, anywhere through the Internet! You can print checks to your local printer, make changes to your data, and print reports. Your accounting data is secure and safe with the use of secure socket layer (SSL) technology, firewalls and password protection.

   How do we make the switch to neveCPAonline™?   
 

First, we recommend submitting a quote for a preliminary idea of the monthly fee. You can also call us at (888) 275-6383 and we can prepare a preliminary quote over the phone. One of our professional accounting managers will then go over your company's specific needs for each accounting cycle. Next, we will request a copy of your accounting data to determine the exact monthly price. You will then receive a written contract and a calendar of your first month accounting cycle deadlines. Upon signing of the contracts and a delivery of your information the neveCPAonline™ team goes to work! By the way, all of our work is 100% guaranteed to your complete satisfaction.    How does on-line accounting benefit our company?
